Code of professional conduct

The rules of professional conduct in the National Mining Corporation include the basic principles that guide all those dealing with the Corporation; and in particular its customers, suppliers, and the communities in which it does business.
 
Because ethics is one of the four pillars in the organization's approach to sustainability, its concept goes beyond being mere rules, because ethical practices create an internal control system that pushes people to do the right thing.
Accordingly, rules, policies, and procedures were established in order to meet the statutory requirements; Because the institution aims in the ethics approach to follow the behaviors in it is not just the implementation of orders.
 
The employees know that their continuous commitment to these rules is supported by the institution's management, and accordingly disciplinary penalties will be applied to violators, which may reach termination of the employment contract and referral of the violation to the competent authorities.
